About Me
I'm Ali, a certified practitioner in Biophoton Therapy, trained through the Institute of Applied Biophoton Sciences in Norway and the Netherlands. My journey into this work began in 2011, following many years in the technology sector. With a background in Electronic Engineering and a career in software engineering, including work as a lead developer and software architect, I've always had a strong interest in understanding how things work.Over time, that interest expanded towards holistic and energetic approaches to wellbeing, eventually leading me to Biophoton Therapy. For me, this work brings together a long-standing interest in science, technology and the more subtle aspects of wellbeing.
The Approach
Biophoton Therapy as practised here follows the work of Dr Johan Boswinkel, who developed the StarLight instrument and later the Chiren system.I use the StarLight instrument in my practice, while other practitioners work with the Chiren system. Both are used within the Biophoton Therapy approach developed by Johan Boswinkel.Johan Boswinkel's work brought together ideas from bioenergetics, light and the subtle energetic patterns of the body, developing them into a practical method used by practitioners in different parts of the world.I was trained in this approach through the Institute of Applied Biophoton Sciences in Norway and the Netherlands, and have been working with the method since 2011.The approach is centred around observing energetic patterns and working with them through light-based techniques and informational preparations.
Background
The ideas behind biophoton approaches have developed over many years through different strands of research and practice.Earlier work in bioelectromagnetics and electroacupuncture, including that associated with Dr Reinhold Voll, explored relationships between the body's energetic responses and specific points on the hands and feet.Later, research by Dr Fritz-Albert Popp and others investigated the extremely weak light emissions associated with living biological systems, often referred to as biophotons. These areas of research and practice form part of the wider background from which modern biophoton approaches have developed.
What happens during a session?
A session begins with the use of a handheld probe at specific points on the hands and feet as part of the bioenergetic method.During the session, you will hold glass rods and later place your feet on glass plates connected to the StarLight instrument.During the assessment, specific homeopathic preparations containing informational patterns are selected according to the observations made during the session. These preparations are used in an informational form rather than taken internally as pills or drops. During the session, the selected preparation is offered to the client via glass rods and foot plates. The Biophoton approach is based on a principle of feedback, in which the person's own light information forms part of the process. The selected preparation is then used during the session as part of this feedback process. The session takes place in a quiet and relaxed setting, allowing time to observe and work through the process at your own pace.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Biophoton Therapy?
Biophoton Therapy is a complementary, non-medical approach based on bioenergetic methods developed through the work of Dr Johan Boswinkel. It explores energetic patterns using the StarLight or the Chiren instrument and related techniques as part of a personal approach to wellbeing.
How many sessions will I need?
There is no set number of sessions. Each person and each experience is different, so there is no prescribed course of sessions. Where further sessions are appropriate, they are normally scheduled between five days and one week apart, and not less than five days after the previous session.

Is Biophoton Therapy suitable for everyone?
Biophoton Therapy is not suitable for everyone. In particular, it may not be suitable for people who have had an organ transplant, certain internal synthetic implants, or who are taking certain medications. If you have any concerns about whether a session is suitable for you, please get in touch before booking.
